Reasons why there are vacant jobs despite the crisis

Ever thought why there are still a lot of 'vacant' jobs out there despite that the whole globe is in the middle of this effin' crisis? And did you ever wonder why Indonesia and Switzerland banned their employees (or the whole country--not sure, need clarification) from using Facebook and/or Friendster and other social networking sites?
